Anuradha Bajaj (Co-Founder) comes with a background in commercial banking and international development. She has led financial sector development including impact investment, at DFID (Department for International Development, UK Government). Anuradha has been engaged in setting up financing vehicles to catalyse private capital and innovation in social sectors across sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Prior to joining DFID, Anuradha worked for ABN Amro Bank and ANZ Grindlays Bank.
Ramesh Venkat (Co-Founder) has extensive business and financial sector expertise, including in particular, setting up and managing alternative investment vehicles for private equity and venture capital funds. He has deep relationships in the corporate and financial sectors in India, which will be important to access impact sectors in India and originate investment opportunities. He has extensive experience in investing in India, as well as in evaluating and managing businesses across several sectors in India.
Aquilia Gonsalves works with angel investors, family offices and funds to catalyse investment capital towards impact enterprises. Prior to BayTree, she worked at J.P. Morgan, Australia in the Private Equity and Real Estate Services division, providing portfolio and performance analytics for alternative investments. Aquilia holds a BBA degree with a specialisation in finance from S P Jain School of Global Management.
